Night in Venice 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk – Ocean City, NJ

Kick off Night in Venice day with an active start at the Night in Venice 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk in Ocean City, New Jersey. Hosted by the Ocean City Track & Field and Cross Country Boosters, this annual event combines fitness, community spirit, and one of Ocean City’s most celebrated summer traditions.

The 4th Annual Night in Venice 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk takes participants along the scenic Haven Avenue Bike Path, offering runners and walkers a fun and family-friendly way to begin a day filled with Night in Venice festivities. The race course starts and finishes at 19th Street and Haven Avenue, making it convenient for participants and spectators alike.

The 5K race begins at 8:00 a.m., followed immediately by the 1 Mile Walk. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, enjoying a leisurely walk with friends and family, or simply looking for a healthy way to start your day, this event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels.

After crossing the finish line, visitors can spend the day exploring Ocean City’s beaches, Boardwalk attractions, and downtown shopping before returning for the world-famous Night in Venice Boat Parade later that evening.
