She is best known for her Tony Award-winning performance in Miss Saigon and has starred in acclaimed productions including Allegiance, Flower Drum Song, and Here Lies Love.

Many fans also recognize Salonga as the iconic singing voice behind Disney favorites Princess Jasmine from Aladdin and Fa Mulan from Mulan and Mulan II.
