Boys & Girls Fishing Tournament – Ocean City, NJ

Young anglers are invited to cast a line and enjoy a morning of family-friendly competition at the Boys & Girls Fishing Tournament in Ocean City, New Jersey. This popular summer event gives children the opportunity to learn, fish, and compete while enjoying the beautiful waters of the Jersey Shore.

Open to participants ages 8 to 16, the tournament welcomes both experienced young fishermen and first-time anglers. The event focuses on fun, sportsmanship, and outdoor recreation, making it one of the most popular youth events of the summer in Ocean City NJ.

Held at the North-End Beach near the Longport Bridge, participants will enjoy a scenic setting while testing their fishing skills. Best of all, every participant receives a prize, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Sponsored by the Ocean City Fishing Club and the City of Ocean City, the tournament continues a long tradition of encouraging youth involvement in fishing and outdoor activities. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event, and a parent or guardian signature is required for participation.
