Get ready for one of Ocean City’s most unique summer traditions at the Miss Crustacean Hermit Crab Beauty Pageant on August 19th at the 6th Street Beach in Ocean City, NJ. Registration is free and begins at 5:30 p.m., with the contest starting at 6:00 p.m.

Families, kids, businesses, and organizations are invited to enter their hermit crab in this one-of-a-kind annual beauty contest. Contestants will compete for the coveted Cucumber Rind Cup and the chance to stroll down the pageant’s colorful flower-covered runway.
