OCNJ Emergency Responder 5K – Ocean City, NJ

The OCNJ Emergency Responder 5K is a community-focused race held in Ocean City to support local recreation programs while honoring emergency responders. The event includes a 5K race, a one-mile option, and kids’ races, making it a great morning for runners of all ages and abilities.

The race begins on the Ocean City Boardwalk and finishes at the Ocean City High School track. Kids’ events take place on the field and include short dashes and an obstacle course. An awards ceremony will be held at the race site once all participants have completed the course.

Proceeds from the event benefit Ocean City Recreation scholarships and programs. With race-day activity centered near the Civic Center and Boardwalk, participants and spectators can easily continue their morning downtown, including a visit to Stainton’s and other local shops along Asbury Avenue.
